1. Marketplace role
Andaamakazi provides a marketplace for discovering properties and facilitating booking and payment workflows. A listing may be subject to approval and availability.
2. Guests
Guests must provide accurate account, booking and payment information and must use properties in accordance with the host's stated rules.
3. Hosts
Hosts are responsible for accurate property information, lawful operation, pricing, availability, photos and truthful representations of their properties.
4. Payments and bookings
Booking status depends on the payment state shown in the platform. A payment request is not necessarily a completed payment until the transaction is verified.
5. Content
Users must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing or unsafe. Andaamakazi may remove or restrict content that violates platform rules.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
